  • Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market

  • Define and communicate project goals, problem framing, major solution architecture, design and scope decisions within target project timelines.

  • Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture

  • Work with UX Design to create User Stories based on report design mockups.

  • Create detailed product technical documentation of User Stories to define end user functionality.

  • Work with Engineering to estimate User Stories and continuously improve product ownership and other agile processes.

  • Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions.

  • Build and groom product backlog(s). Create and groom short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with key stakeholders.

  • Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

  • Identify cross-team and data dependencies during requirements creation and work to assure impacted team(s) have available capacity and velocity to hit target dates.

  • Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

  •

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
