Senior Technical Product Manager – GNSS and Positioning Technology

As the Senior Product Manager for GNSS and Positioning Technology, you will be the visionary leader driving the development of products that redefine precision in the field. Collaborating closely with operations, customer support, sales, and engineering, you will craft and execute strategies that deliver unparalleled value to our customers. Your focus on enhancing product performance, functionality, flexibility, and reliability will ensure our positioning solutions lead the market and support our customers' success in an ever-evolving technological landscape. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our legacy of innovation and our commitment to a smarter, more connected future.

Responsibilities

• Customer obsessed.
• Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer needs
• Create and manage technical product roadmaps.Work with architecture, development teams, and project management to control scope and enable Agile development cycles.
  Serve as product evangelist and subject matter expert.
• Assess and address technical risks.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to launch and support products.
• Keep internal teams informed of competitive information gained regarding pricing, products, or general issues in the market.
• Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the product(s).
• Clear understanding of all product dependencies.
• May be responsible for multiple products.
• Responsible for handling larger/key products, or specialized/target products.
• Support identification and engagement/negotiations with external collaborative partners, including for new technology access and manufacturing strategies/techniques.
• Lead assigned projects, with limited assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with hardware product development and management.
• A solid understanding of GNSS technology, satellite navigation systems, and positioning principles is essential
• Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and emerging trends
• Experience working with internal and external development teams dispersed across different regions of the world.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.

This position pays: $124,000 - $165,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
