This role lets you own key products in the Decision & Purchase journeys (product details, cart, checkout, etc.) across web and app. You will work closely with other product managers, designers, marketing, data analysts, and engineering to bring your ideas to life, optimizing products based on user needs. Responsibilities:
Brainstorm innovative product concepts that make saving and smart shopping easier
Analyze user data to understand customer needs and pain points.
Work with designers to craft a user-centric product experience.
Partner with engineering leads to bring your product vision to reality.
Track key metrics and iterate on features to optimize product performance.
Integrate input from competitive analysis, internal stakeholders, and customers to define and prioritize the roadmap for one or more digital products.
Collaborate with user experience (UX), product analytics, software engineering, data science, and marketing to identify opportunities, develop concepts, and launch great digital products.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the customers who use our digital products and the various ways in which they use them.
Continuously monitor competitive activity, business results, customer usage, friction points, and customer feedback for one or more digital products
Facilitate usability studies and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to make iterative improvements.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Economics, or other analytical disciplines
3+ years in a digital product management function delivering digital experiences.
3+ years leading or directly collaborating with a UX design function.
3+ years leading or directly utilizing web and mobile analytics.
MBA or Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or other analytical disciplines
6+ years in a digital product management function delivering complete digital experiences.
4+ years leading or directly collaborating with a UX design function.
4+ years leading or directly utilizing web and mobile analytics.
